This single leg program was designed for those that have had persistent lower limb injuries in the past year. Its purpose is to fix any muscular imbalances that you may have in your legs. Scientific studies have shown that those with asymmetries are more likely to get injured. This program is 3 days per week, with 2 lower body days and 1 upper body day. 

General Gym Program:
This program is designed to increase your strength, mobility and flexibility. Jump higher and sprint faster all while reducing your injury risk. Strong scientific principles are the foundation of this program. It is made of 3 days per week with both upper and lower body combined in each day.
