This power phase program is designed to transfer the single leg work completed in the gym onto the field. Scientific studies have shown that those with asymmetries are more likely to get injured.

General Gym Program:
This program is designed to increase your power, mobility and flexibility. Jump higher and sprint faster all while reducing your injury risk. Strong scientific principles are the foundation of this program. It is made of 3 days per week with both upper and lower body combined in each day.
